ESI Removing On Hike

Hi,
Due toto new ESI rule of increasing limit to 21000 from 15000 currently i facing esi reducing from Jan-2017
At march i gonna get my appraisal. Once it made sure my griss increase more than 21000k .Will esi be still compulsory at my salary till contribution period over or i can relieve from it (from March)

Sir, new contribution period will start from April and if your wages (excluding Over Time) in the base month of April and onward are more than Rs.21000/-, per month then naturally you will not be covered under said Act. But if your wages are upto Rs.21000/- or less in the base month of April, 2017 then the contribution is required to be paid till close of Contribution period i.e. upto September, 2017 even though for next 5 months, the wages may be more than Rs, 21000/- per month.
