How Are Monthly Incentives Reflected in Salary Slips and Certificates? Can You Help?

I have a confusion pertaining to incentives. Let's consider an example: there is an employee whose monthly gross pay is 10k, but they will receive an additional 2.5k as an incentive on a monthly basis.

My question is: will the incentive affect the salary slip and salary certificate? How will the company display this amount and where will they reflect this effect?

I understand the incentive part is fixed and paid on a monthly basis. In that case, you have to mention it in the salary slip and salary certificate.
