Dear All,

This is Babu from Bangalore. I am working as an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin for a real estate and construction company in Bangalore. Please let me know what statutory registers are required as an HR professional.

Currently, we have 30 laborers working per day, including NMR and contract workers. Starting from 1st April 2017, I would like to implement new registers. Please advise accordingly.
