Facing Aadhar KYC Issues for UAN Transfer? Seeking Help to Resolve Authentication Errors

Hello all, I am facing an issue in completing the KYC process with only an Aadhar card. It is showing an error: "Aadhar authentication failed, unexpected error occurred." Kindly guide me on how to complete Aadhar card KYC for my UAN so that I can transfer my old UAN PF to the new UAN number. Currently, my PF amount is being credited to the current UAN; however, the EPFO department does not have any record of my PF account linked with the current UAN, even though the current UAN is visible on the PF portal along with the PF code.

Seniors, please provide some suggestions on merging the old and current UAN and transferring the PF.

If UAN data and Aadhaar data are the same, i.e., name and DOB are correct, then it will get seeded after 2-3 attempts.

Yes, the data is the same, but now, Aadhar verification is facing some issues. Can you tell me why EPFO department has no record for my current PF number??

It seems that either the DOJ/DOB and some other data are missing from your UAN. This has happened with most members and can be updated with a letter to EPFO stating the missing details. The correct data needs to be entered, duly attested by the employer.
