Struggling with Missing DOJ on ECR Portal: How Can I Update KYC for Employees?

Dear Seniors,

I am unable to update KYC for many employees on the new unified ECR portal. When I try to upload it, it shows that the date of joining (DOJ) is missing, and you cannot upload KYC for this employee.

Sir, there is no option to update the DOJ for old employees. How should I go about it? Can you suggest a solution?

Even I am facing the same issue. Since the UAN Employer Portal is not working, we are unable to update the missing member information. Please guide me if there is any way to update the employees' missing details. Additionally, I would like to know the procedure for updating the Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Exit (DOE) of employees who have already left the company.

There is one option to update DOE for exit employees. We can upload DOE every month before uploading ECR through an option called "Exit-Bulk" (which can be found in the Main menu bar under "Member").
