Nice effort. Can you provide other statutory formats as per different laws/acts for the Gujarat region? If you have them, could you also provide Form 14 (Notice of period of work for adult workers)? Thank you.
The Deputy Director has issued us a notice to provide Form No. 11 (Rule 86) and the Factory Act registers. We are unable to find Form 11 (86) at the law books shop. Kindly request you to provide the same and details of the registers to maintain, etc.
