Sir, when I generate and upload a text file for ECR, an error message is displayed: ERROR: UAN - This UAN is not linked to your establishment, found on line numbers [1-29]. Now, I want to know what to do to generate the ECR and ECR Challan.
These are new employees for whom you have not completed the UAN seeding process. Please look into active members' details and check that the name and UAN match with your uploaded ECR.
Maybe you are facing this type of problem. By the way, it's a common issue for everyone. Just verify the details of your new active member with the UAN No. and refresh the page. Maybe you can achieve success without verifying, but if you don't, ensure that you have entered the correct numbers.
I have been facing this issue for two days. After refreshing the page and editing/checking the seeded data, the ECR validation has failed. Kindly suggest.
This error is happening due to the wrong DATE OF JOINING. If the DOJ is a future date, while processing, it shows that the UAN is not linked. So we have to change the DOJ of the employee.
