Hello, i m working on my project and i need to know why salary hike is given. Besides inflation and Time value of money what is the reasons that companies are providing all employees certain % of salary hike?

You need to develop understanding about fundamentals and rationale in all these basic basic parts of study matter yourself. You should share any thoughtful findings post project.Task is simple, dig the content matters into books seriously because if I write here you have to do the same ie read and understand , save in mind for own benefits.
