There are many programs available and being used effectively; I am sure you must be aware of them. A few could be:

1. Cross-Cultural activity/"Know your Customer" - you can make it a fun-filled one.
2. Fun board.
3. Business quiz.
4. Department/process-related quiz.
5. Appreciation board.
6. Team-building games like Pyramid/Castle making, etc.
