How Do You Format Recruitment Status Reports for Multiple Cities? Need Ideas!

I need some ideas on formatting recruitment status reports. For example, position requested on x date; current status; closed on x date. It gets complicated because I want to do regional reports for the senior manager. This would include ten cities, with respective position activity for each location.

Can anyone please help?

Hi Sandra!

I have been using the format attached for quite some time. Complexities at my end are not so severe, so the format is simple. This is part of my monthly MIS. You may consider your requirement and amend it.

Nice to know that you liked the format. The L0 to L6 represent the various stages of the recruitment process. L0 initiates with screening and concludes with L6, which indicates the position is closed. Please let me know if you need any clarification.
