Role Different From Current Designation - What To Mention In Resume?

in my current organization my designation is technical project manager. since the time I joined the company I played the role of lead, developer but NEVER a technical project manager. if I fire up resume what should I mention in my resume as my designation ? can I mention the role I am playing now ?
