Dear All,

Kindly let me know, as per market standards, what salary can we expect? I have 1.5 years of experience in US recruitment and now I am planning to move on to general HR. Kindly suggest me.

Awaiting your valuable responses.

I think if you are an MBA graduate, then you should demand a salary of between 18K to 20K, provided you have relevant experience in Human Resources, i.e., 1.5 years of experience.

Wishing you all the best.

Hi,

I have completed B.Sc., then MBA through Distance Learning, and am presently pursuing PGHRM from ICFAI. I have 1 year of experience in Recruitment, 1 year in Generalist roles, and a total of 3.5 years of experience in Bangalore.

Could you please advise me on how much salary I can demand? Thank you for your suggestions.

Dear All,

Kindly let me know, as per market standards, what salary can we expect. I have 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles in the HRD & personnel department of a manufacturing and engineering company. I am now planning to switch jobs within the HR field but in a different sector. Could you please suggest what salary I can expect from another company?

Awaiting your valuable responses.

With regards,
Ramesh
