Transitioning from US Recruitment to General HR: What Salary Should I Expect with 1.5 Years of Experience?

Kindly let me know, as per market standards, what salary can we expect? I have 1.5 years of experience in US recruitment and now I am planning to move on to general HR. Kindly suggest me.

I think if you are an MBA graduate, then you should demand a salary of between 18K to 20K, provided you have relevant experience in Human Resources, i.e., 1.5 years of experience.
