Salary For HR Executive

Kindly let me know the as per market standards what is the salary we can expect, as i am having 1.5 years experience in US recruitment and now i am planning to move on to general HR.kindly suggest me

I think if you are a MBA then you must demnad for 18K to 20K rovided you have relevant experience in Human Resource i.e., 1.5 yrs of experience....

I have completed B.Sc., then MBA through Distance Learning and presently pursuing PGHRM from ICFAI.
Having Exp. of 1yr in Recruitment, 1yr in Generalist and totally 3.5yrs of Exp. in Bangalore.
So, How much I can demand for salary.
Will you please suggest me in this.
