I am doing my project on work-life integration, so I need to prepare a questionnaire for that. Please help me with that and provide inputs.

Have you searched the web about this topic and formed your aim and objectives? Where will you be doing the project and for what degree qualification? I am sure you will have been taught in the Research Methodology sessions that there are two types of surveys that you can conduct. Can you kindly name the two and tell us which one you have chosen and why?
