Struggling with UAN Portal Issues: Why Aren't These Features Working for Me?

Dear HR Seniors/Experts,

May I know why the UAN portal is not working properly, i.e. https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.g...mberinterface/ or https://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/uan_reg_form.php?

The following options are not working even when I enter the data in mandatory fields:

1. Forgot your password
2. Activate UAN
3. Know your UAN status

Could you please clarify?
