Hello All,

Can you suggest me, after completing MBA (HR) with 3.5 years of experience in the HR field, which course is good for growing my HR career?

If the MBA is from a regular college, suggest taking up an Executive MBA course from top institutes (1-year course) with specializations. Certifications/courses can be done in Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliance, and HR Strategy, among other options.
