Understanding Employee Compensation Insurance: Is It Different from Workers' Compensation?

Dear seniors,

Please suggest what "Employee compensation insurance" is offered by insurance agencies. This policy insures employees under the Compensation Act of 1923. Is this different from a Workers' Compensation (WC) policy or the same? Please explain.

It is the same as WC Policy. The name of the Act has changed now, and so has the name of the Policy.
