What Is "Employee Compensation Insurance" Offered By Insurance Agencies?

Dear seniors,
Please suggest what is "Employee compensation insurance" offered by the insurance agencies.This policy insures the employees under the compensation act 1923.Is this different from WC policy or the same. Please explain.

It is the same as WC Policy. The name of the Act got changed now and so is the name of the Policy.
