Struggling with PF Withdrawals Due to UAN Issues? Seeking Advice for Long-Pending Cases

Hi, I have been looking after the salary process of the employees of my company. Since the UAN process, the PF withdrawal work has become difficult, as the department does not accept the PF claim without a UAN number. My problem is that many of our employees left their jobs more than 3 years ago. Now, as per the new portal, when we register an employee, the UAN number is allotted immediately, but at the same time, it will issue the PF number depending on the last number issued.

If I register them for UAN, they will get a new PF number. In that case, I will not be able to help them in withdrawing their PF. Can any one of you help me with the same as they have been waiting for their withdrawal for a long time?

Wait, wait, wait. Go to the Unified Member Portal at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.g...mberinterface/, then proceed to know your UAN status. They will ask for all basic data and mobile number. If the UAN is already allotted, they will send the same to the mobile number entered. If not, they will register the request, and in two to three days, the employee will get the UAN on the mobile number provided.
