Struggling with Aadhar Upload on UAN Portal? Seeking Advice on Authorization Error

I am trying to upload my Aadhar in the UAN portal, but continually it is saying "Aadhar authorization error." Can anybody please advise on this?

UAN data and Aadhaar data must match, namely name and date of birth (DOB), then only will it be accepted. If it differs, approach the Aadhar authority to amend the same.

Dear Friend,

You can send the details to your employer, and he will update the record and approve it as well. This error reflects on the member's side.

At the employer site, the same thing happens. If data does not match, it rejects. The new unified portal of EPFO is directly linked with Aadhaar and PAN verification site. So, before accepting the same, they complete the verification from the respective portal.

Even I am having the problem. For a new employee, I am not able to create UAN because PAN or Aadhar is not getting captured. I have entered the father's name as per PAN/Aadhar. How to solve this? Every time we cannot run to the PF office and stand in the queue for the whole day.

Check name spellings and the date of birth (DOB) to ensure they match Form 11 data input. If the information matches, it will be accepted within 2-3 attempts. Use Firefox Mozilla for smooth processing.

Without verification of PAN or Aadhar, UAN was created. I hope we can get the details uploaded through the employee in his/her login.

Even employers are encountering the same error when uploading Aadhar details, whether for individual entries or in bulk. A solution has yet to be found.

What if the data in the PF database is not correct, but the details in PAN and Aadhar are correct? How do I correct the PF data, and how much time does it take? I applied for correction in March, but the data correction on the UAN site is still pending.

We are unable to generate UAN and PF numbers on the PF portal and are receiving the following message: "Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB, or Gender mismatch with registered data."

Please help any senior member to overcome this PF & Aadhaar verification, as we are experiencing delays in challan creation and uploading ECR. It is becoming very difficult. We do have the option to authenticate the digital signature of KYC. Why is the PF portal asking for verification when all details absolutely match the employee's given record, supported by physical documentation? This is irritating to all.

Physical copies of data may have been altered later by the member. So, in the presence of the member, obtain the Aadhaar by getting an OTP on the member's mobile. The actual data will be downloaded in e-Aadhar.

Dear Vivek,

Please note that the details in the Aadhaar portal do not match the details entered in the Unified portal. Are you creating a new UAN or linking to a previous UAN?

The employee has already withdrawn the PF under this Aadhaar number.

From two weeks, we have been facing the same problem of "Temporary Problem at Aadhar Server. Please try again after some time." Because of this, we are unable to generate a new UAN or link an old UAN. Please suggest, how much time will it take to resolve?
