at employer site also the same thing happens, if data is not matching it rejects, new unified portal of EPFO is directly linked with aadhaar and pan verification site, so before accepting the same they complete the verification from respective portal.
Even I am having the problem
For new employee I am not able to create UAN because PAN or Aadhar is not getting captured. I have entered fathers name as per PAN / Aadhar.
How to solve this? Every time we cannot run to PF office and stand in the queue for the whole day.

check name spellings and the DOB, if it match with form 11, i.e data input, then it will get accepted in 2-3 attempts, use firefox mozilla for smooth processing

Without verification of PAN or Aadhar UAN was created. Hope we can get the details uploaded through employee in his/her login.

I am trying to update Aadhar in the UAN portal i am getting this type of message "Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB or Gender mismatch with registered data." what should i do to solve this.

what if data in pf database is not correct and details in pan & aadhar correct. how to correct pf data and how much time does it take. i have applied in march for correction but still the data correction on uan site not done.
