Feeling Stuck: How to Handle Missing Form 16 and Income Proofs for a New Job?

It would be a great help if someone could let me know if the payslip below is valid.

Payslip Details

Particulars Earnings Particulars Deductions

Basic 9,500.00 - -

House Rent Allowance 2,000.00

Supplementary Allowance 1,500.00

Conveyance Allowance 600.00

TOTAL 13,600.00 -

NET SALARY 13,600.00

After pasting here, the structure is changed; however, the numbers are the same. This is the payslip for the year 2011.

I am getting doubtful because I only received 3 payslips and have no deductions. Now, when I applied for a new job, they are asking for Form 16.

The problem is this company (2011) is not willing to provide me with any more documents.

As a fresher, I was not aware, and in any case, I worked and received the salary. However, my past is troubling me now, as I do not have any income proofs except for the experience certificate from the company. I am trying to join an MNC, and they are demanding Form 16, income proofs, and more.

I received the salary in hand; hence, I have no bank statements. Now, I am feeling really helpless. Can someone please suggest what can be done? I can't even remove that experience as it covers 2+ years on my resume.

In 13,600, there is no TDS as the minimum chargeable to tax was 180,000, which means Rs 15,000 per month. Therefore, you do not need Form 16. Please inform your new company about this.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my query. Can you please tell me what the financial year would be if my joining was in June 2011? Also, will the chargeable tax limit be 180,000 if my joining is as mentioned?

I was unable to find the edit option. Anyhow, my other question is about the absence of PF deductions in my current company payslips, so there is no income proof at all. How should I reply to HR queries in that case?

Thanks once again :)
