If any unethical practice is going on than needs to worry for CCTV camera in HR cabin. Now a days companies are observing everything in HR person for soft skills and all. Might be your management wants to observe below list of points as per my opinion.
- Interaction with employees for people management skills
- Interaction with interview candidates - Interviewing skills & Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills.
- Sitting & other - Business etiquette skills & Other
- Other skills as per business requirements as not aware about working profile ( Corporate or Factory )
Its not at all wrong decision to put a camera in HR cabin. Always think positive for management decision and act as per business requirements.
