Per Diem Policy For Travel Within India?

Hi,
Can anyone please guide me with the Per Diem Policy for Travel within India.
For example: I have an employee, we have to send him to Bangalore for a year for a project. So how much would be the daily rate to give him.
Plus how many times can the company reimburse his travel amount if he wants to visit his family in Hyderabad.

Hi Divya,
It depends on how the deputation is planned, whether the company is going to take care of his stay in Bangalore, then ideally between 300 to 500 INR per day should be fine, as this is going to be on a long term basis. Family visit can be once in a quarter, which can be sponsored by the company.
