How to Handle Client Demands to Cut Gross Salary While Keeping CTC Unchanged?

Hi,

Is it possible to reduce employees' gross as the client is not ready to pay their employer contribution for ESIC? They want us to keep the CTC unchanged and reduce all associates' gross salary who are coming under the new ESIC slab, i.e., 21000. Is there any other way to keep the CTC unchanged while following the new ESIC rules?

There is no such solution available. Employees and employers both have to sit together and discuss the issue to resolve the same.

Employees within the bracket of 15001 and 21000 only are being affected, as ESIC was mandatory up to 15000 earlier.
