I am planning to set up a new recruitment agency in Hyderabad. I have a good network in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries but do not have a background in recruitment/HR. I am trying to understand the complete recruitment cycle/process. I request inputs on the current market trends and the processes being followed by organizations when dealing with recruitment agencies.

I would suggest that you hire an experienced Recruitment Professional, preferably with 10+ years of experience in the business. Typically, only such individuals would have handled P&L, and only those with that expertise can guide you to be a successful firm. Today, there are dime a dozen HR consultants on every street in our country. There is a difference between being a peddler and a specialist. Trust this helps.
