Reliving Date And Joining Date Are Same.

My name is Arun kumar, currently working in Genpact India Pvt as a Senior Associate. Right now i am in a notice period my reliving date is is 27 March 2017 and my future company joining date 27 march 2017. Reliving date and joining date is same. Is it possible to join the new company on the same day?

Yes its possible. If you are getting relieved in forenoon in your previous organisation, you can join the new organisation in the afternoon.

Yes, as Mr Kannan said there are few candidates who join the new employer on the same day of getting relieved in their present company, provided their relieving formalities has to be completed pre-noon.
