I am working in the software industry. We have alternate Saturday working (2nd & 4th). So I have 1 comp-off (worked on a holiday) and I want to leave on Friday and Monday (Saturday is off).
So my request to HR is to consider one day as leave and the other day as a comp-off, but as per the policies, is the sandwich leave applicable?
