ESIC - Date Of Joining Actual Or Date Joining ESIC?

Dear Team, I have a query regarding ESIC. now esic limit has been increased from 15000 to 21000 rs. suppose any employee who was working in our company from last 4 year and his current salary is 18000 rs now as per esic he will come under esic .for that we should to generated his /her IP num then what DATE OF JOING WE WILL PUT OVER THERE. Actual or we have to put DOJ 01/01/2017(because amendment effected from 01/01/2017) Kindly guide/suggest me for the same.

You will generate IP from 01/01/2017 and there joining date will be same in esic 01/01/2017 because on this date he join esic and esic limit w.e.f 01/01/2017

if the IP (employee) has od ESIC number then that number would get added with doj 01/01/2017 .....however original date of joining ESIC will remain unchanged.

How i change date of joining actually i have 50 employee but in august by mistake i create 35 employee challan after the realization of it i going to supplementary challan in this situation i add that employee but date of joining given in 01/09/2017 so how i create challan for august 2017 please help me

You will add all that member in esic 01/08/2017 again and last which you add on the 01/09/2017 member you will leave all that employees in September month challan.
