Latest Salary Slip Wuthout Deduction Of ESI & PF

I want to make salary slip, But do not have any idea how to make it without deduction for ESI and PF.

If PF and ESI is appicable to those employee's, then it is no advisable. Mainly because if you have stat or internal audits by chartered accountants, then they will easily catch that. They will report it as qualification of opinion that can be detrimental to you and organization. In CA Auditing Standards along with Ethics Standards, reporting on Stat Dues is necessary. We report them irrespective of clients request. So kindly see if the employee are covered in PF or ESI.
If not then you can simply make a slip where Gross Salary is the final salary, deduct any TDS from Gross Salary.

Mi qualification is 3year diploma.and my exp. Four year.
And my company paid me salary only 6500 hundreds every one. Plz ap hum sabhi ki sallary bdhane ko bolo , my company name stovecraft (saya industries ) plz humari madad kare

I am Arvindh, i am also working in Indian domestic company past 2 years without ESI & PF deduction of Rs.25200. Any one suggest salary slip for another new company asking last three month salary slip and offer letter.
