Whether Batching Plant On A Construction Site Comes Under Factories Act [Thread 578242]

Dear Sirs'
Please tell me, if a construction site is covered under BOCW Act , and a contractor has put a Concrete Batching Plant for site only.Is that Batching Plant coming under Factories Act .
The produced concrete is used for that particular site.

Ten or more persons working with aid of power = factory act applicable
to byepass the same, one must keep less than 10 persons at a single site on-roll

Ready mix concrete plant serving purpose of one BOCW site will fall under BOCW act.

Does it involves any manufacturing activities by using machinery/ies then it will come under Factories Act.
