Understanding the PMPRPY Scheme: When Does the Government Return Employer Contributions?

SSRaja
Dear Friends,

Can anyone help me regarding this PMPRPY scheme? When will the government return the employer's contribution of 12% (8.33% + 3.67%)? To my knowledge, the employee should work in the same company for 3 years for the employer to receive their contribution amount of 12%. Is this correct? Another question I have is, what happens in the PMPRPY scheme if an employee works only a few months, like 8 months? Will they receive the full contribution amount (12% + 12%) and the employer's contribution? Please, can anyone help me?

Thank you.

After verification of LIN at Shram Suvidha portal, get yourself registered at PMPRPY site and mention the bank name where the refund should be credited.

After that, on submission of every ECR, when you click on TRRN, it will display the eligible refund and the expected date of credit. On the ECR copy, please check that the LIN number is appearing. If the LIN is not present, it will not be considered for the incentive.

For better results, file a combo challan from the unified portal of Shram Suvidha.

Dear All,

In PMRPY, what are the benefits for a manpower supplier and under which NIC code are they allowed (meaning, in which section are they counted)?
