Bonus Act Appropriate Jurisdiction

please help and can you let me know about Bonus act appropriate jurisdiction that which company appropriate government is State and Central.

Dear Ashish,
I think that if you go through the definition of the term " appropriate government " occuring in sections 2 (5) of the Payment of Bonus Act,1965 and 2 (a) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947, all your doubts relating to the jurisdiction of the PB Act,1965 would be cleared. Therefore, pl, do it and raise your doubts, if any are still there.

So far my knowledge goes, selection of Appropriate Govt. for any Organisation is based on the type of Industry the organisation is operating in. This is best available in in The Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 as rightly mentioned by Mr. Umakanthan.M. It is not possible to say which is the Appropriate Govt. for you without knowing the industry you belong.
