Employer Not Paying Salary Or Depositing TDS

Dear Sir,

i worked one healthcare company for eight month that time my Salary Rs.60000/- pm but after deduction i am getting Rs.54000/- every month Rs.6000/- TDS he deduct. i resigned due to his unprofessional behaviour i have given one month notice with professional maner. i asked salary he told me collect your cheqe within 2 days but that day to till date 2days is not finished. now he is not picking phone call nor repllying SMS, whatsup what i can do sir. i asked 2 time for TDS amount he told me after march you get when you file IT return when but i have checked in month of april he has not deposited TDS in the month of may he deposit 17000 only.i worked eight month its 48000/- and one month salary he has not given every time he is geving excuse right now we have fund problem but actuly he has no fund problem. he enjoying he life he is updating on facebook. travelling all over the country by flight.

i have sent 2 compain labour office email id from last 4 month but we have not recived any responce. pls suggest what is correct action i have to take.

i worked as Sr. sales professional i worked 18hrs in a day. i am losing 108000/- one lakh eight thousand ( which i have earned very hard)

Good evening.
I have gone through the case. Please let me know the following.
1. Do you have appointment order?
2. Is your salary paid by company cheque or by NEFT?
3. Is your boss accepted your resignation either by written or by mail?
4. Pay around 350 to a local tax consultant, give your pan details to him & check how much tds deposited in your PAN.
Reach my mail with the above said details.
I will let you know how to proceed and get it done.

There are two issues. 1 - non payment of salary. 2 - TDS.
Generally, salary is to be paid within 7th -10th of the each month. Initially you can claim your salary in writing from the management along with confirmation regarding TDS. Send through registered/ speed post and keep the acknowledgment.
If the company does not respond or denies to pay, then you have to approach the appropriate forum for remedy.

I have appointment letter. He always transfer salary through NEFT. In eight months he never given salary on time always he transfer next month 22nd to 25th. No of time ask for salary.
Yes he accepted the resignation. He has deposits(TDS) 17000/- in the month of may.
