Struggling with EPF Portal Errors: How Do I Update Missing DOJ and Resolve Exit Issues?

Issue with Updating Exit Member Details on EPF Unified Portal

I am experiencing difficulty updating and approving the exit member details of two ex-employees on the Unified Portal of EPF. When I attempt to approve the exit details, error files are generated. The errors displayed are "missing DOJ" and "members not belong to this establishment."

First, I need to update the missing DOJ. I have tried all options under the new Unified Portal but have not been able to find the correct way to update the missing details. Additionally, I am unable to resolve the method for addressing the second error.

It would be highly helpful if anyone could provide guidance on the above issues.

Don't worry if the ex-employee joins somewhere else or files a transfer claim; it will get an auto exit. If the ex-employee files a withdrawal claim, then also it will get an exit. The system is midway to completion and will soon be shifted to the Shram Suvidha portal for unified return filing.
