How Should I Structure a Doctor's Salary with Percentages for Each Component?

I am Sonali, working in the hospital industry. I have a query about Doctors' Payment. In our hospital, we have appointed a doctor on a full-time basis on the payroll. His monthly CTC is 3 L. My question is: How to prepare his salary? Salary heads like Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance, AGP, NCI, NPA, PG Allow. (Earnings). Deductions - P.F, P.T, TDS. In my opinion, we have to create a salary structure percentage-wise.
