ECR Payment Issue: How to Proceed When Your EPFO Challan is Stuck?

Hi, I am currently facing a problem with the ECR return. I uploaded a CER for which a TRRN number was successfully generated, but at the time of payment, the site disconnected abruptly. This happened before entering any banking details, so there was no debit from the bank. However, now the status of the ECR is stuck on 'awaiting payment,' and the payment link has disappeared. It says no action available (N/A). Can I file a new ECR for the same wage month? Because there was no debit from the bank.

I created a challan and sent it to our bank for payment on 17/07/2017. However, it was not authenticated by my senior on that day. Now, neither the bank is showing the option for authentication on 18/07/2017 nor is the Unified portal providing the payment option. It is displaying as "awaiting payment confirmation."

How can I proceed with the payment now? Sir, please help me.
