What Documents Count as Proof for Shop Opening in UP's Online Registration?

I am trying to get shops and establishment registration using the online portal at [Labour Act Management System](http://uplabouracts.in). The online registration form is asking for "Proof Of Shop/Commercial Establishment Opening." I want to know what documents can be submitted as proof of shop opening for a proprietorship.

Please see the attached snapshot of the form for reference. In the attachment section, the first upload option states "Proof Of Shop/Commercial Establishment Opening."

Trade license (certificate of establishment) issued by the local municipal body in urban areas (gram panchayat in rural areas) is the proof of establishment.
