I am working in a start-up based in Mumbai. I would like to know about Marriage Leaves. One of the employees is getting married in Nov 2017. We have allocated 30 leaves to the employees, divided into 11 public holidays and 19 days they can take at their discretion. She is requesting a one-month leave without a pay cut. In this scenario, what would be the best option to consider? I am curious if any start-ups or companies offer a one-month holiday for marriage without a pay cut?
