Seeking Free Alternatives to OrangeHRM for Payroll and Attendance Management?

Hi, I am working as an Administrative Assistant in a software firm with 40 employees. I have installed OrangeHRM but found that it may cost for some important modules and its services. Is it possible to download its payroll module for free and continue without any charges?

Please advise me on an open-source administrative management tool (software similar to OrangeHRM) that provides enough features for leave management, attendance, and payroll.
