OrangeHRM - Cost For Some Important Modules And Its Services

Hi, I am working as an Administrative Assistant in a software firm having 40 employees.
I have intalled OrangeHRM. But found that it may cost for some important modules and its services. If it possible to download its payroll module freely? And continue without any charges?
Please advise me an open source administrative management tool (software like OrangeHRM) which gives enough facility for leave management, Attendence and payroll.

Yes, certain modules will be charged as no good software comes for free. However, SaaS based products are relatively cheaper and easier to use.
