Format Of Letter On Usage Of Mobile Phone

Dear Respected Sir's ,
required mail format for "Avoid official Mobile phone for personal use"
please let me know how to mail to staff .

First of all Prepare Mobile policy. Inform the cell holder that the unofficial calls bills will be deducted from the cell holder. Then it will be reduced. if anybody continue further deducted the amount according to the cell phone bill amount.
