How Do I Get a LIN Number for a Branch with Fewer Than 20 Employees?

We have eighteen employees in one branch. We registered our branch. For getting LIN no, what is the procedure?

I tried giving the company PAN number / ESIC number / EPFO number, but the LIN number is not allotted to us. What should I do?
