Most companies, though they terminate employees due to poor performance, would issue them a relieving and experience letter stating voluntary termination or resignation. What document did they provide you with at the time of your exit? Please clarify this with your last employer.

They gave me a normal relieving letter and experience letter. Termination and any negative words were not used.
