Created Own Salary Slips - Background Verification Issues?

Hi, one of my friend have not received salary slips from his previous organizations though salary was credited in his account. While joining new organizations he made salary slip on his own and submitted. Will that lead to any issues?
Will that be lead to problem in BGV process and if yes then what actions can be taken against him

Yes, of-course, your friend will surely face issue in BGV process. If his employer did not give him salary slip, then he may have requested for salary certificate at the time of exit, also his bank statement will stand authenticated for his latest salary, if required. Wonder what reason will he state, if caught in BGV.

A bank statement is enough if the company has not issued salary slip. There was no need of creating salary slip.
