How To Prepare Audit Documents - ISO 9001-2015 Certificate?

Dear Seniors, i'm working garments industry in Tirupur, now we are ready to go ISO-9001-2015 certificate . so kindly give me your valuable suggestion .how to prepare Audit Document's for all department .because I amm newly face this certificate.

Contact ISO consultants they will guide you for documentation. If you want i will give our company consultant contact no. our factory is ISO 9001 certified company and we are now planned to upgrade our certification to iso 14001 and ohsas 18001.

Dear Lenin,
Before you start preparing documents for the audit get the full audit check list and go to every department for the records that are mandatory as per standard. Or best read all procedures where you can find the relevant records and documents list with their retention period.
Is this your stang one audit or your company is scheduled for a surveillance audit.
If this is stange one than prepare documents and records for at least past three months and / or more.
