Struggling to Access My UAN Passbook Due to Persistent 504 Gateway Timeout Error – Any Solutions?

I have completed 4 years in my company and want to know the total balance till now. Whenever I log in to the UAN portal and try to download the passbook, I receive the following error message: Error: 504 Gateway Timeout. For many months, I have been getting this error. I am using Google Chrome. I tried other browsers and the mobile application too, but without success.

I tried the helpdesk. I went to the EPFO website and clicked on the EPFO helpdesk. Then I clicked on the problem type, selected passbook problem, entered my registered phone number and UAN number, then selected member ID. After clicking on Submit, I received the following message: “As your establishment is exempted under the EPF Act, please contact your HR for Passbook/Balance.”

EPF passbook is a feature only for employees of "exempted establishments." If your establishment is registered under EPFO and submitting contributions to EPFO only, then it would be visible. Otherwise, you have to contact the alternate trust body, which is maintained by the establishment for your records.
