There is so much confusion in Bonus limit. As per gezzete notification "wages" is mentioned. I read views on Cite HR some profeesional are saying that 21k limit is Basic+DA that simply means if the basic is beyond 21k it will not come under bonus eligiblity.
word wage does not mean basic+DA at all.
In bonus notification word wage used. pl discuss on that if someoone has bonus notification where basic+da is mentioned
