How Can I Merge My Old EPS Certificate with My New PF Account? Seeking Guidance

I worked for 14 years at a company in Mysore. I resigned in 2012 and immediately joined a new company with a new PF account. The issue is that there were no UAN numbers or online processes at that time. Is it possible now to merge my EPS certificate with my new PF account? If yes, what is the procedure for that? Please assist me.
