If Some PF No’s Not Not Allotted UAN?

Hello, if some p.f. no's not not allotted UAN. what should we do in new ECR Format. Like new joining in Nov.'2016.

if atleast one ECR is paid, then UAN is generated, check the portal again.

in case UAN is no alloted, the employer has to
1) check for UAN under member portal after login
2) if no uan is found then generate new , showing date of appointment in nov 2016
3) be sure that all KYC compliance is offered "including mobile number)

Dear Sir,
Please download the list of UAN from EPF portal.
Every employee is having UAN. IF no UAN, generate new UAN.
For generation of UAN, no date of joining required.
Any person can generate UAN, Like wise PAN. Without EPF ID.
Only when you join in any establishment, provide this UAN.
