How To Add Mobile Number Of A Member In New Unified Portal Of Provident Fund?

hrd.subhash
How to add a mobile number of a member in the new unified portal of the Provident Fund? How to change the previously provided number if it is changed?

---

To add a mobile number for a member in the new unified portal of the Provident Fund, you will typically need to log in to the portal using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the profile or account settings section where you should find an option to update or add a mobile number. Follow the on-screen instructions to input the new mobile number and save the changes.

If you need to change a previously provided mobile number due to a change in contact information, the process should be similar. Log in to the portal, locate the mobile number field in your profile or account settings, update it with the new number, and save the changes.

Remember to double-check the accuracy of the new mobile number before saving to ensure you receive important updates and notifications regarding your Provident Fund account.

Dear Subhash,

Greetings of the day!

EPFO has notified three email IDs to handle the queries related to the unified portal as per Notification No. NDC/1(3)2009/Gen.corr/Pf file 29.12.2016.

If you can log in with your ID and password on the unified portal, you can update the mobile numbers. Otherwise, you can email the notified email addresses to get help and reset the password.

Thank you.

Dear All,

Happy New Year.

In the new ECR Version, are EPS wages and EDLI wages the same? Can anyone please clarify this?

Another query is we have received a notification from the PF office that we need to pay some arrear payment under ECR AC No.22 for the last two years. Can anyone tell me how we can pay this arrear payment now and how much late fee is normally levied on arrears?

Thanks in advance

I also want to know about the EDLI wages. How to calculate it?
hrd.subhash
The EDLI wages should be equal to EPF wages but maximum 15000/-. It cannot be less than EPF wages if the EPF wages are less than 15000/-. It can be 0 if the establishment is exempted under EDLI, and in case the member is individually exempted.

After individual registration, when I am going to approve the same, the error is showing 'SQL Error Occurred.' What should I do now? Please help.

EDLI wages will be as EPS wages ceiling up to 15000. But if a member is EPS exempt, then there will be 0 EPS wages as there is no EPS contribution. However, there will be EDLI wages for such employees.

Dear S. Rathod Ji,

If there is no EPS contribution, then what will be the EDLI Wages? How do we calculate it?

Hello,

I have generated UAN, but it says pending. I can't approve it. How can I get UAN for him? Without UAN numbers, we can't generate PF challan.

Also, please let us know if the new PF code registration is working. I have been trying for the past week but can't get the PIN numbers for further processing.

Goodbye,

Dear All,

Thank you for your help. EDLI wages are now clear to me. However, the new unified portal is not working properly. I have registered some new members, but I can't approve them. The message 'SQL Error Occurred' is showing. Are you all facing the same problems?

Thank you.

I have generated a new ECR as per the instructions given, but it's not loading and showing error 1. Kindly provide us with an error code list so that we can rectify it.
