There should not be any model appointment letter in a construction company or in any company. An appointment letter should be drafted on an individual basis, and at most, you can use a similar format for appointment letters in the same category of employees. All employees in a particular company are not the same.

Steps to Terminate an Employee

In order to terminate an employee (assuming he is a workman under the ID Act), you have to find a reasonable ground to terminate him. Issue him a proper charge sheet/show cause, initiate a domestic enquiry, and based on the enquiry report, you can take action. Please note that the punishment should be proportionate to the gravity of the misconduct.
