PF Withdrawal After Rejoining Previous Employer

Rohit@44
Sir, I want to know, can I withdraw my PF? I worked for 3.5 years with one employer, then worked for 11 months with another employer, and subsequently rejoined my initial employer. Now, I am working with my first employer and wish to withdraw my PF contributions from the initial 3.5 years.

To withdraw EPF, it's mandatory that the person is unemployed for two months and currently not working. It's better to file a transfer claim and accumulate all EPF in a single account.

No, you cannot withdraw your PF while you are still working. You are required to transfer the PF to the new account.

If you are already on UAN, then you don't even need to do a transfer.
