Building an In-House Trainer Team: Any Guidelines or Resources for a Train the Trainer Program?

My top management wants to develop the in-house trainer team for various trainings. Are there any guidelines for those trainers or any PowerPoint presentation for "Train The Trainer Program"?

In my opinion, the Train the Trainer program cannot be conducted just by a PowerPoint presentation. You need a professional trainer to do an effective job. This will be a one-time expense. Thereafter, your trained trainers can effectively train the internal trainees.
